Our Customers have access to Technical Support via our toll free number, 0800 WE PARK where assistance on operational and/or technical matters are resolved over the phone or via remote logons. Abacus Parking Technicians or Regional Service Partners will attend on-site as required to trouble-shoot any faults and/or replace any faulty parts.

Abacus Parking prides itself in the quality of its Engineers. Our Technical Team are experienced, qualified and trained in all aspects of our Customers equipment. They are able to proactively assist customers, provide training and effectively troubleshoot and rectify issues quickly. Should assistance from the Developer be required, we work together with DESIGNA to get resolution to any complex issues/requests should they arise.

Abacus Parking offers an Annual Service Level Agreement which enables our customers to have fixed monthly cost to cover all issues and support requirements 24/7.
